Energy Performance Certificate

European Union regulations being implemented in Scotland mean that from January 2009, all buildings must have an Energy Performance Certificate EPC.

Argyll is an approved certifier of Energy Performance Certificates for the suite of levels - 3s, 4s and 5s. Argyll will ensure your buildings achieve the necessary EPCs with simplicity.

Level 3 - Simple existing small buildings such as converted houses
Level 4 - New and existing small purpose built office buildings, retail units and industrial units
Level 5 - New and existing large complex office buildings, factories and shopping centres
