EPC Management

EPC Management

From January 2009, every owner or landlord of a building will be required under the EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive to have an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).

Dr Thomas Campbell, Managing Director of Argyll, has been approved by the Building Research Establishment (BRE) as an assessor to levels 3s, 4s and 5s in Scotland for issuing the BRE Global Accreditation Energy Performance Certificate.

Argyll can offer a full range of energy consultancy services to improve the energy efficiency of your building and ensure that it meets the new legislation.

The team at Argyll International has years of experience in the energy, environmental and building industries working with owners, developers and managers to maximise the efficiency of their design, systems and buildings.

Argyll is providing EPCs for a range of building types including retail, warehousing, industrial units and listed buildings such as the former Daily Record building in Renfield Lane, Glasgow, designed by Charles Rennie Mackintosh.

As an approved assessor of the BRE Global Accreditation Energy Performance Certificate, Argyll International issues the certificate and lodges the EPC on the Central EPC Register.

To ensure your building meets the new certification, Argyll International can provide the following:

  • Desktop Information Gathering/Data Collection
  • Property Survey
  • SBEM Analysis
  • EPC Registration
